For those at the last meeting and wanted my recipe.

4.40 kg Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (5.9 EBC) Grain 77.19 %
0.65 kg Chocolate Malt (886.5 EBC) Grain 11.40 %
0.15 kg Black Malt (1400.0 EBC) Grain 2.63 %
35.00 gm Target [11.00 %] (90 min) Hops 41.2 IBU
0.50 kg Milk Sugar (Lactose) (0.0 EBC) Sugar 8.77 %

Est Original Gravity: 1.060 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.016 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 5.81 %
Bitterness: 41.2 IBU Calories: 614 cal/l
Est Color: 91.2 EBC

60 min mash at 65 deg C
Boil 90 mins

I may be wrong but I think the version I mentioned included brown malt. I'll try and dig it out.
