26th of January 2010 - Winter Ale
We started the evening with a talk from Michael about yeast ranching. This was hugely informative and the
factsheet that Michael produced will be available on-line by the time most of you read this.
Only two Winter Ales, maybe the rest were all drunk at Christmas! We did have a good assortment of other beers including a London Porter, a RIS, a Chocolate IPA (?), a couple of Belgians, a Fuller's AK and a lovely Schwarzbier from Scott. A great meeting and we were pleased to see Terry after quite a while.
The quality of the beers being submitted is definitely on the up.
