30th of March 2010 - Fullers Yeast
Tuesday the 30th of March was Fullers Yeast night. The brief was to brew any beer of any style but with Fullers Yeast.
All of the beers were made with Fullers yeast except for a couple including Sara's Vienna Lager. All beers were brewed to a high standard.
We expected that all the Fullers beers would have the trademark, Fullers sweetness but actually most of them were drier than expected.
